(IFSA-DSI), of Magnolia, Ark., is a major sponsor of the March 14th,
2008, Arkansas Information Technology Symposium , being held at the
Donald W. Reynolds Center on the campus of Southern Arkansas University
(SAU).
Under Governor Mike Beebe's leadership both public and private
institutions within the state have set their eye on making Arkansas a
center of excellence in the new information technology era. Phil

The symposium will focus its attention on the new and rapidly expanding
records information technology industry in Arkansas. Leading industry
specialists from Arkansas and around the nation will address 'The
Outlook for Cyber Future', 'Litigation in the Electronic Age...', 'The
Current State of the Media & Electronic Storage Industry' and the
all important information technology highway connecting Arkansas to the
nation and to the world via broadband.
Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, the symposium's keynote speaker, is
joined by representatives from various telecom and IT companies such as
AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Thompson Coburn LLP, Naremco, and Firelock
to discuss IT developments in Arkansas and in the industries
themselves. An Arkansas broadband panel discussion will also be held
during the symposium.
