Acccomodations and Transportation

White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia

Housing assignments will be based on the date the reservation is received and room availability at the time of confirmation. To ensure a room at the conference rates, reservations must be received by July 11 and processed through SGA (c/o Meeting Services). Hotel reservations after July 11 will be subject to availability. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact Meeting Services.

Please note: Hotel deposits will be refunded only if cancellation is received 15 days prior to arrival.

Ground Transportation

For transportation between Greenbrier Valley Airport (LWB) and The Greenbrier, please utilize local taxi providers or Greenbrier shuttle service. Please allow 20 minutes travel time between the airport and hotel.
